Reserving Books

The "Reserve This Book" Links should open a new message in your Outlook Express. Please use them when possible, then copy and paste the listing for the Title of interest into your e-mail. I realize this is inconvenient, but necessary as SPAM Bots have been utilizing server resources outrageuosly.

Once a request Is received, I will reply ASAP to it; Initially, I will not be able to confirm availability, but will request a confirmatory reply. In the absence of reply / confirmation, NO Reservation will be made.

This process requires COMMUNICATION...if you do not believe that you will reply and / or Follow-Through with a transaction, please don't reserve.

Reserved Books will be held for TWO ( 2 ) WEEKS, unless prior arrangements have been made; in my experience, this is adequate time in which to finalize any transaction.

Book Prices do not reflect final Totals.

A Minimum Bid Increment of 10% is required

In the event of an out-bid, the out-bid party is contacted by e-mail, given the opportunity to counter-bid

In an effort to cut down on some of what's described, participants are encouraged to enter their BEST bids

An e-mail's date-time stamp is considered indicative of having entered (or failed to) a bid within pre-set time constraints

In cases of highly contested items, last-minute bids are answerable by out-bid parties, each bid extending the closing time by 60 minutes (e-mail equivalent of "Fair Warning")

Pages are updated as soon as practical to reflect a current bid
